Individual Characteristics

The chair and ottoman set is in excellent vintage, used condition. The leather is gently used, but does not display any cracks or tears whilst the wood is in excellent aged condition with very little signs of use on it. 

The black label on the underside confirms this is a Herman Miller chair set that was produced between 1970 and 1984.

One of the easiest products to determine in terms of investment value; this top of the range item tends to hold its value no matter the age or leather and wood combination.
