Product Description

This highly premium, original tall Eames Herman Miller Lounge Chair & Ottoman adorned in elegant black leather and Santos wood make a truly superb combination. The beautifully supple leather is enhanced by the uniquely grained finish of the highly picturesque wood.

Always designed to be the luxury lounge chair to both look incredible in the space you place it in and be extremely comfortable and with nearly 70 years of continuous production, it is easy to see why this famous piece has withstood the test of time. To maintain the ‘wow factor’ Herman Miller introduced Santos Palisander to fill the gap that the rosewood left when being discontinued, and it really has brought back that ‘wow’ to the line up.

Individual Characteristics

The chair and ottoman set is an ex-display model which means it is very lightly used with potentially some very minor signs of this, but overall, the chair and ottoman are practically brand new. The leather is supple and the finish of the wood is as you would expect, immaculate.

The sticker on the underside of the chair indicates this is a newer example of the Herman Miller and Eames Lounge Chair.

Investment Value

Eames Lounge Chairs have always been highly desired. A chair that successfully combines comfort, style and class, it is easy to understand how they have seen almost constant production. Newer versions command a reasonable price, but should manage to retain it due to their popularity.
