Parts - Eames Plywood Chair 1 x Replacement Black Rubber Shock Mount

Product Description

1 x Single Eames Herman Miller or Vitra for full DCW/LCW or LCM/DCM back rest and front seat section only Plywood Chair replacement rubber shock mount.

Plywood Chair Shock mounts are bigger than standard fiber chairs and are made from the original rubber compound for the most authentic replacement part.

We recommend using the epoxy glue 'woodweld' by JB Weld for the best possible adherence of these mounts to wooden chairs. Please note, the shock mount does not include fixings.

Instructions

1 - Clean and sand area of original shock mount in preparation

2 - Gently sand back of new shock mount to make slightly abrasive

3 - Clean back of new shock mount and area of application with acetone or white spirit.

4 - Mix and apply a wood epoxy glue (JB Weld is one such brand) to the shock mount

5 - Put shock mount into place and use a clamp for at least 24 hours
